Shipping and Return Policy

Standard Shipping - Curbside Delivery

Free Curbside Shipping on all US orders. Most accessories and lighting will be sent by UPS. Larger items and furniture will be delivered to the outside of your home or building. Please contact c.support@shiroandblack.com if you would like information on Room of Choice Delivery or White Glove Delivery.

 

Delivery Time

Currently our shipping times are 1 - 4 weeks for items that are in stock. Shiro and Black will contact you 1 to 2 days prior to your delivery and confirm any included instructions. We recommend customers are home for delivery as some larger items require a signature.


Cancellations

All products are custom ordered, and cannot be canceled 24 hours after you receive your order confirmation. If you want to cancel an order, you must notify us by email at c.support@shiroandblack.com.
All order cancellation requests are subject to approval.


Delivery Day

Leading up to delivery day, our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a window of time that you can expect your order. Be sure to carefully measure your door frames and hallways to determine the best path for your new furniture. If we are unable to get your furniture into your home and you can not resolve this issue, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Upon arrival, our delivery partners will arrange your package in accordance with your selected shipping option.

Courier deliveries do not require a signature upon delivery and your package will be left on your doorstep if you are not available to receive it. Make sure that all boxes are in good condition. If there is any damage to the box, then please check the entire package prior to signing.

If you see any damage, please notate this on the receipt. You have 72 hours to inspect the product and report any damage.


Quick and Easy Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase after receiving your item, you can request a return. You may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund of your costs as long as the merchandise is in fully resalable condition (no damage, no stains, no wear and tear) minus all associated shipping cost(shipping to and returning back fee of 15%).

We advise all customers to take pictures of their items before sending returns. All returns must have its original packaging with freight prepaid and insured. Returns must be made within 15 days of "Return Authorization" date. Any returns must be noted with a full description on the front of the manifest or bill in order to be recognized as valid.


The following items are excluded from our return policy:
- assembled products
- used items or items without original packaging
- final sale items


Prior to any returns, customers must contact Shiro and Black at (856)452-1364 or c.support@shiroandblack.com with your name, order number, and reason for returning. If your return request is approved, you will receive an email confirming the return and next steps.

Damage and Spare Parts

You have 72 hours if you would like to report damages, or if there are any issues that would require a replacement or spare piece for your ordered furniture. Please read the following steps carefully:
Make sure to retain the package and packaging materials from our products to successfully address your claim.
Submit clear photos of the exterior and internal packaging and the issue that is being reported, along with a photo of the shipping mark (the white sheet on the box with the barcode)
Finally, provide a brief explanation of the issue and how it occurred or what was missing

Please note that spare pieces are subject to availability and claims can take up to 4-6 weeks to process.


Shiro and Black is still experiencing delays due to global supply chain disruptions, with some items having longer than normal delivery times. Some goods are susceptible to prolonged processing and shipment time frames because of container shortages, port congestion and carrier shipping limitations.

We assure you that our team is working hard to get your items delivered in a timely manner.

This return policy only applies to contiguous US. For any other country, the returns policies do not apply and sales are final.
